We have made a couple of changes to our booking forms.

At the start of a term the booking form is split into two sections to enable parents to book the sessions they need whilst school clubs are being arranged.

Please do not complete section 2 until your child has been allocated their Loxdale school clubs.  

 

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance

Our booking forms remain online just click the link below that best suits your needs... You can book weekly and monthly.
 

Once you have completed a booking form you will now be automatically directed to a secure payment link, you no longer have to wait for us to send one!!

Its really easy just follow the directions on screen once you have submitted your booking form. 

​

Once payment has been made you will be sent an email confirmation and receipt.

We appreciate this is a new system and we may have a few technical issues at the start however we will endeavour  to resolve any issues that arise quickly.

FAQ's ​

Can I pay cash? 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash payments for sessions as all sessions must be paid for in advance. 

 

What if i need to change or cancel a session?
No problem! As long as you notify us by 12pm on the day of the change we can rearrange sessions for you.​ 

Can I cancel a session and get a refund? 

Yes you can as long as you notify us 24 hours in advance  and we will refund you via your PayPal account.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will receive a 50% refund. 

We are unable to refund sessions if we do not receive notice of cancellation. 

Can I call/ text to book a session?

Unfortunately not.

So we don't miss anything all bookings must come through a booking form on the website. ​

What if I pay via tax free childcare or other childcare schemes? 

We are still accepting tax free childcare payments please get in touch with us and we will talk you through it.

What if I need an invoice? 

No problem!  All the information you need will be on the receipt you will receive when you book and pay for your sessions no additional paperwork needed.

Can I book now and pay later? 

We are unable to offer a book now pay later scheme or credit accounts.

All sessions must be Paid for when booked using the booking forms below.

Can I just drop in when I need to without booking? 

We are unable to accommodate a drop off without booking service
