About our sessions

Our breakfast club opens at 7:30am and the children are dismissed straight to class from the hall at 8:45am. Our Early Years and KS1 children are taken to class by staff and our KS2 children are supervised in the corridor ensuring they get to class safely however, still giving them some independence .
We have a large selection of cereals available for our children to choose from. As well as toast we also have a 'Hot' topping option which changes daily please see our menu for more details. Fresh drinking water is available at all times along with apple and orange breakfast juice. We are careful to consider dietary requirements please contact a member of staff for more details. After breakfast has been served the children have the opportunity to go and enjoy some social time in the school hall . Activities and games are set up by staff and the children can also choose to watch something together on the board. Wreck It Ralph and Toy Story 3 are amongst our most popular films!
Our Tea Time Club begins at dismissal time . Staff arrive to set up to ensure s smooth transition into Tea Time at the end of the school day. Up to date attendance lists are sent out to teaching staff throughout the day to ensure staff know who's coming in. Our Early Years and KS1 children are brought down to Tea Time Club by a member of staff from their class and our KS2 children are supervised in the corridor by their class teachers ensuring they get to us safely however, still giving them some independence .
At our 'tea time club' after school provision we provide a fun, non educational environment for all children.

We offer seasonal craft activities, indoor and outdoor games and free access to toys tha the children can choose from.
We are extremely lucky with the facilities we have available within Loxdale Primary School and regularly use the outdoor spaces on site.
Every child gets to choose an afternoon snack which consists of sandwiches, crackers, cake, salad and fruit. Snack is usually served at 4.30, leaving early? Don't worry! Your snack bag will be ready to grab and go!
